Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we’ve received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order if something isn’t quite right with stock or payment, and if so, you will be notified promptly.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We may update pricing from time to time as our collections change and evolve.

Shipping

We do our best to process and ship orders within the timeframes listed on our site. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carriers and circumstances outside our control. Once your order leaves us, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, and we carefully curate every item with that in mind.

All online sales are final.

If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue, including photos if possible. We will happily assist with a replacement or store credit.
